Injuries Reported In Rollover Crash On Roadway Known For Deadly Crashes In Lititz

A driver was hurt in a single-vehicle rollover crash in Lititz on Wednesday, Sept. 28, police say.

The crash happened near the intersection of Lititz Road and Fruitville Pike in Penn Township in the afternoon, according to a release by the Northern Lancaster County Regional police department.

"The driver struck a guide wire and rolled the vehicle," NLCRPD says.

The driver's injuries were minor, according to the police.

There have been two other deadly crashes on Lititz Road in 2022, as Daily Voice previously reported.

This is also the same road where siblings Brandie, 21, and Leonard, 18, Kasper were killed in May 2021.

East Petersburg and Manheim Township Fire Rescue units assisted at the scene.

The roadway has since reopened, according to dispatchers.
